大学生的心理健康需求越来越大. We strive to be efficient and to help as many students as possible. It is important that scheduled appointments at CAPS are kept or cancelled in advance so that other students can be helped during those time slots.

在CAPS支付账单的选项:
- You may come in to the 医疗诊所/CAPS to pay at the check-out desk, 邮寄支票, 或者打电话询问信用卡信息. We would be happy to print an itemized receipt upon request.
- You may call our cashier and request that your bill be sent to the business office to be added to your other university charges. (A hold may be placed on registration until the bill is paid.) This request will need to be made each time you receive a message.
- You may call the cashier to request a paper bill be mailed to you at whatever address you provide. This request will need to be made each time you receive an email.

If you do not pay your bill or make payment arrangements before it is due, the St. 云州 Business Office will be notified and you will be charged a $20 late fee. The bill will be added to your University account and you may not be allowed to register for future classes, or receive a transcript or grades until your bill has been paid.
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations do not permit the 医疗诊所/CAPS to send or email bills to anyone other than the student.
